[y1374] Pretty pair of the 12 cent 1851, Scott 17, on cover from Skaneateles, New York to Bristol, England.  Blue postmark and circular grid cancels, red Liverpool marking;a bit of corner wear.  The sender appears to have perhaps and affixed other stamps before the pair was affixed; but it's tied and the cover has a good 2017 PSAG certificate.  2018 Scott for pair on cover to England is $750.  full framelines at right and top; at the frameline at left; a bit in at bottom.    $400
