[y1070]  Nice combination use of the 1 cent 1861 and 2 cent blackjack (#73) to pay first class postage on a New Haven CT to New Milford CT cover.  Pencil date of 1863 is viable but no contents to confirm.  Double circle postmark; two strikes of fancy cancel (star of david or 6 pointed star); "care Washington stage" endorsement.  Slight roughness at right from opening.  $90
[y2342] Fancy cancel from Kingston PA on 3 cent 1861 issue (SE at left).  Box shaped markings with various shapes cut in; not sure if this is merely geometric or if the creator intended to portray something, but it's a neat and highly unusual marking.  Some staining at upper left. $125
[y2441]  Neat Hillsdale NY fancy cancel on #65 cover from Hillsdale, NY.  Small CDS with year date (not quite clear, perhaps 1865), with oval with some design in it and the negative letters "HD" at right.  Strange marking, sent to Austerlitz. Slight reduction at left impacts nothing.  $125
[3380]  1881 Coleville, Pennsylvania skull and crossbones fancy cancel.  Slightly irregular rubber handstamp CS with "McKean Co." at bottom; double rate cover with pair of 3 cent banknotes; mostly clear strike of skull and crossbones on right stamp.  Sent to Meriden KS with wheel of fortune duplex receiver; reverse with extensive dealer notes. McKean County PA DPO, 1879-1907.  SOLD
