[y2906]  Nice 1863 telegraph form from the American Telegraph Company, message in pencil, originating at Lenox (presumably MA); 3 cent green part-perf Telegraph revenue (R19b); narrow margin at top and some damage bottom right; nice early matching use valued at $300 in the Mahler civil war revenue documents book. small hole at center.  $125
[y3727]  Lovely 1863 handwritten promissory note in the amount of $1500 for one year, from the Roxbury Central Wharf Company.  Blue paper, which sets off the bright 4-margin 60 cent orange inland exchange revenue, R64a.  4 margin stamp with manuscript cancel. Scott $110 ; good luck finding one on document!  Mahler #72, valued at $75 as an EMU without premium for the stamp.  $150
